Terrible.

Luggage was lost for days, this service was supposed to deliver it days before they actually did. On the day they were supposed to deliver it they said they would call. We spent hours trying to contact them to figure out what the status of the lost bag was. They didnt answer the phone once. We left the phone for no more than 15 minutes and they happened to call. We got back to them within 10 minutes in order to let them know that we were here, but by that time the "delivery man had already left, without our bags". What kind of operation literally calls 5 minutes before they leave? They could very well have answered one of our MANY calls to have found out that we were anxiously awaiting our luggage (we were heading out to Spain the following day, which we had to do *without* our luggage, thanks to the poor service). Any responsible business would have called in the afternoon to make an arrangement for an evening delivery, leaving the client more than 10 minutes to respond to one missed phone call. This was the cause of many headaches. Thanks for nothing.
