Anyone thinking of using this company's services I'd advise you to think again. Picked up collection for me on 29/6/2015 yet a pallet containing an engine&gear box plus ancillaries some how manages to disappear from being picked up to dropping it off at the hubsite for onward forwarding have admitted pallet has not been bar coded to track progress of pallet. Customer service absolutely abysmal promised phone calls never happen have to chase up on daily basis looking for updates and only at 5.30 when I chase them up for an update do they admit it's "lost" and that no one will deal with this until Monday morning and hang phone up telling me they don;t need this on a Friday afternoon after refusing to answer questions. Mean while I'm left out of pocket and paying storage fees at a garage for the vehicle the parts were meant for and holiday has now had to be cancelled due to utter lack of customer care. I will be reporting this theft to the police if the pallet does not turn up by Monday
