Won't take no for an answer!
I know recruitment and sales are interchangeable, and to some extent agents have to be a bit pushy to gain business, but I am now sick to the back teeth of receiving calls and emails from Premier IT. No we do not have any need for your services, No it will not make any difference if you get a different person to ring up every time, and if we were ever going to expand our PSL, you certainly will NOT be considered.

Personal Service
Been using these guys for 4 years now, as a seasoned IT Contractor they have found me work 4 times and each time looked after me well. Happy to recommend.

very rude, unprofessional.
I joined in September. They didnt give me an interview and asked me to send a cv through email. Week after when I contacted them they dkdnt know who I was. They gave me a half arsed attempt at an interview and I had to resend my cv. Had to send in my cv several times. I have gone in several times and they were less than happy to see me, and found one of the receptionists VERY rude, and very patronising. I was told they would contact me for work when they had it. Looking at the website there are jobs on their site I am a near perfect match for, or I have more than enough experience for. Are the jobs on their site real? Or are they just there to get people in? Very bad. Andrew Peter Woosnam (director) must be so embarressed to own such an incompitent company. When I asked how to make a complaint the receptionist said 'its to me'.

Not Helpfull
We had a sales call today from Premier Group. Even though we don't need any engineers they would not take no for an answer. Even if we ever needed to recruit someone I would not use Premier as they are very pushy. Even when we hung up they had the cheek to phone back.
