Good Product - very poor service and management
The product and the team of fitter we had were good but very poor management: -What the slaes team tel you and what is done does not match such as: a) Could supply cooker we wnated then could not offered a much poor one at same price when found an equivalent one (similer price) on web price increased by £400. b) told walls would be made good were not. c) Told the job would take 7 days has taken over 6 weeks and still 1 item on snagging list. d) Fitters and othere trades were not organised correctly wanted tiler in befor counter was fitted.

Horrific service
Paid for the full service with top of the range cabinets, was promised a fully fitted kitchen within 2 weeks of starting work. 6 weeks later my kitchen is still like a building site, parts are missing, workmanship is shoddy, no one calls you back, when you speak to the staff they are rude & uncaring. No one can tell me when (if) my kitchen will be finished. The worst service I have ever experienced.
