Not recommend it

This review partly related with transgender treatment. CONS: 1.This people won't provide any support for transgender workers. 2.They won't provide any protection at workplace from harassment. 3.They are incapable to secure your job position if you starting gender transition. You may loose job at any time. 4.Wages often miscalculated (to lower side). You need to check your own hours of work every week or you may loos money. 5.They don't pay night rates for night shifts. 6.In case of conflict at work place, after working for 4years in the same position and same workplace, this people won't be on your side. All they will do is create an illusion that they are trying, but in reality all they will do is ask they overlords if they are ok to solve the conflict properly. And if they will be told "NO" they wont put much efforts to help you. And in my case they even encourage the company i worked in to kick me out buy saying "do as you please". 7.Poor contract. PROS: Loading..........................................................................ERROR, please try again late. CONCLUSION: All agencies are similar. Their main function is just to cut your wages for 20-30% and that's basically all they do well. Although i wouldn't recommend to work trough any agency but this one i will definitely putting on my blacklist and so you should to (especially if you planning to undergo gender transition)
