Recommended, New Boiler and fire service
I found Prestantia Property Services to be a very professional company who installed my new boiler and radiators quickly and without any problem. They serviced my gas fire at the same time and I will definitely use them from now on. A very reliable service and I will definitely recommend them.

Excellent Service, New Worcester Bosch
I came home from work and realised my boiler had stopped working. I called Prestantia Property Services and within an hr there was someone at my house. They figured out what the problem was pretty much straight away having had a different company around a few months before who hadn't spotted any of the problems. Turns out my old boiler being about 25 years old, was completely on its last legs. They recommended a Worcester Bosch 30Si and said they could fit it the following day. He arrived on time at half eight and was very polite, tidy and professional throughout. I did a couple of checks on price comparisons and they worked out roughly similar. Prestantia Property Services are a little more expensive on first glance but what you save on is that they get it right the first time and are responsible for their works afterwards. So you don't have to get things done twice. Highly recommended to anyone.
