Terrible firm-avoid at all costs.
This business submitted a quote for a conservatory which we accepted. Our deposit was paid to a third party without our knowledge. The unsupervised building work is totally unacceptable; good building practice has been ignored, the slab floods because of defective drain work, cills are missing, the written specification has been ignored and inferior materials used to those quoted. The firm does not answer any form of correspondence including requests for receipts. The only answer to my complaint about not following the agreed written quotation, drawings and specification was the reply "oh, ignore that, it's generic" Prestige has no address that can be visited, their `showroms` do not exist despite being advertised. The sooner some official interest is taken in their activities the better, read all the negative reviews across the web.
