Had a few problems with my V70 after a bump. Needed all front end parts of my car plus a few engine parts. These guys were recommended by a garage. Could not fault them, Great price extremely helpful and next day delivery. many thanks car feels like new again

Rip Off Merchants
The service I have received from this company has been appalling. They sent the wrong part and which was returned but have still not reimbursed my money of £106.00

Stay away unless you like being ripped off
We ordered 3 volvo doors in polar white, finally when the doors turned up they were wrong. When calling volvo breakers the person on the other end was rude and said well white is white! when I mentioned there are 12 other volvo whites he put the phone down on me. I called again and had to be told he had no intention of sending me the correct color and would arrange to collect the doors. I was told they would be collected a week after receiving them on a tuesday! by the thursday I was frustrated they were still in my house and was told they will deffinately be collected on the friday! friday came and no collection so I called AGAIN to be told the collection company had forgotton and will collect the following monday. They were picked up by the same company who delivered them and told me that they had not been told to collect the doors until that monday morning so straight away we had been fobbed off yet again. The doors arrived at their depot tuesday morning 3 weeks ago and since then we have been lied to about the refund being paid and then they stated the refund had reached the wrong account and got paid again over a week ago to which has still not reached my account! It has been 6 weeks since dealing with volvo breakers and they still owe me nearly £400 and I have never in my life met anyone so rude with no customer skills what so ever! You may feel after reading all these reviews you may be one of those who gets away with being treated like crap but I can assure you that you will have some form of dodgy dealings with this company. I have contacted the small claims court in order to get my refund back but it won't refund the sleepless nights and flapping door I have had to drive my disabled daughter around with due to this incompetent company. It would be such a bad risk for you to take and you will end up writing a review like myself and others about your bad experience with VOLVO BREAKERS! GOOD LUCK if you do go ahead you will need it x tracy

Never use!
Never use this company, they sent us faulty part in February & after lying to me regarding having sent the refund I eventually had to goPreston to collect the money myself.

Rubbish
In one word this business is rubbish. The customer service is lacking on all levels to the point where the young man who answers your call becomes frustrated enough to hang up on you. The part issued was faulty, a second part sent but never arrived and when a refund is requested it is still being awaited after 6 weeks. I would not recomend this business unless you are tired of money and like a broken car!
