Do not use this estate agent they will tell you lies any which way they can to make you think everything is going smoothly when it is not. They involve themselves all the way down the chain and will tell you you have a buyer for your house when you do no, do not trust them avoid at your peril, cost and stress, they are cowboys of the highest order
