Smelting meat

Im going to meat shop 25/8/22 buy meat about when it was closing time. I bought 5kg beef 24 pounds and mix lamb 2 kg 15 pounds. When I came home I try put it in the fridge and opened the lamb bag.the lamb smelt so bad and meat was a Different colour . Next day I’m going to the shop and change meat I saw them meat was smelling. He changed meat for me but which meat I returned he display again. 😡😡😡 then I monitor it he over charged me 5 kg meat 22 pounds he charged me 24 pounds. I talk to boss (slim guy) he was very rude . When I told him about it and I told him I complain Local council, as soon as he heard that, he took my meat back and he told me what ever you want you can do it very rudely. After one of his colleagues’ gave me my meat back !!! I’m their regular customer. Before also he charge me extra one pound card payment then he gave me back 1 pound from cash . He coming here for business or Stealing money from customer?????? 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
