Bad customer service
I rang as a new customer to discuss their terms of business. As a long established design and print professional I was appalled at Mike's rudeness when I explained I was not happy to be paying for something in advance of it being printed when I had no experience of this company. His response was not only rude but disrespectful to a potential big customer. I told him I would not be doing business. Don't use this company.
