Pro-Estates are the worst letting agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are highly unprofessional and useless at returning calls or turning up for appointments. Do yourself a favour and avoid letting a flat from them.

Con artists
Please do not risk your cash. These swindlers took a holding deposit from me and on the day I was meant to move in, told me that I could not move in due to me asking too many questions.
