Terrible! NoActive!
I would definitely NOT recommend this company! The customer service is shockingly poor, they are ANYTHING but Proactive. I've had the misfortune of hiring them 2 years ago to fix 2 leaks in my roof. After they'd finished - which was not a speedy job - I had 3 leaks in my roof! Trying to get them to come back and sort the problems out was like pulling teeth! 2 years later and they still haven't finalised the job. No amount of calls and texts will get them to communicate with you - they prefer to ignore you and hope you'll go away - like I said shockingly bad customer service.
