Progressive Wing Chun MK is a fantastic club and I highly recommend it to anyone. If your looking to improve your health and well-being with the added bonus of learning a simple but highly effective martial art then this is the place. The club has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with a strict "no ego's allowed" policy. The instructors are extremely talented with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Techniques are taught with full justification and explanation in a safe and practical environment. Since I first walked through the doors nearly 3 years ago I have been hooked, I have made some fantastic friends whilst learning a fascinating martial art.

I have been training in Wing Chun for a few years now and its a fantastic martial art for women to learn as it does not require you to use your strength. Progressive Wing Chun MK is a very friendly club with mixed abilities and both men and women. All the instructors bring a wealth of knowledge and are keen for you to progress quickly. I'd definately recommend this club especially to women who may be slightly anxious about starting in martial arts.

I have been training in the club for around a month. It's a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the instructors have real technical knowledge and practical ability. Give it a try and you will love it!

Having trained in a wide variety of Martial Arts over the years - and gained Black belts in two - it is a rare pleasure to find a club which is both friendly and committed to providing first class tuition and skill. The instructors are not "technique robots" but extremely knowledgeable and willing to question application and approach. Classes are varied and adaptive - taking into account the broad range of experience and ability in the room, from those of us who are new to the art right up to those who have been students for many years. I whole-heartedly recommend the club and hope it continues to grow from strength to strength - it certainly deserves to!
