Poor Quality Printing
I recently have had a number of jobs printed by the Nuneaton firm, all of which were of a shoddy finished article. The service was poor with the Management not knowing enough about the industry to meet my expectations. The staff were also unhelpful and having used other Prontaprints I was rather appalled at the lack of dedication given to clients from this specific centre. Please use my write up as an honest review of the service I was provided after spending several hundreds of pounds there. There are better print firms in Nuneaton and I strongly recommend using this one as Trial and error.
