VERY UNHAPPY LANDLORD.
Having signed up for full management with 3 of my properties with hope of taking some of the stress of being a landlord away i am very unhappy with the sevice. This week I asked why no money and no statements have been produced.Was told Mike who deals with it had been on holiday but was back on wednesday and would deal with it.Icalled on thursday to inquire about result and was told they would call back by close of business friday. No return call so I arrived at their office as they were closing for the weekend. I spoke to the person who promised to call and all she could say was they were now closed for business. Emails regarding statements and no money paid have not been answered.So to conclude Property2property have not in any way exceeded my expectations as promised.
