Apalling Landlord Service

Property Partners are one of the cheapest property management companies around in comparison to other letting management companies in Sheffield. There is a reason why, because their service is shocking and appalling. The Property Partners service has been somewhat suspect from the perspective of how they have dealt with me as a Landlord. You will be enticed to sign your property up to them by a smooth talking salesmen who will offer you 6 months free management or 6 months rent free, don't be fooled, go with someone more established and trust worth these guys are a bunch of cowboys. Once they have you as a customer their communication is terrible, rent will go unpaid and they will not inform you. Instead the onus is on you to chase them up to find out what is going on. If you are lucky enough that they sort your problem, don't expect to be informed that the y have rectified the situation, picking up a phone or sending an email is far too much for these people. When you call and complain they give you attitude as if you are the person in the wrong and how dare you inconvenience them by asking what the situation is with your property that you own! The customer service and the manner in which staff speak to their clients also leaves a lot to be desired, this runs through the entire organisation from the very top all the way through. The way repairs are handled is also a complete joke and nothing short of shoddy. You will face callout charge after callout charge for the same problem as this appears to be a ploy for them to make money out of you. I cannot stress my disappointment enough, my advice would be to STAY AWAY and AVOID at all costs!
