COMPANY ARE NO LONGER TRADING
Do not attempt to purchase anything from PSO Furniture's website. The website will still process your order and your Paypal transaction, but nothing else will happen. You will then have to wait for 31 days for the Paypal transaction to expire. However, no money will be taken from your account, it will just stay on Paypal as pending until the 31 days are up. The phone numbers don't work, the e-mail is unanswered and, as far as I can tell, the warehouse is empty. Alex Rolls probably doesn't live at 43 Rochester Croft, Walsall anymore, either.

DO NOT USE PSO FURNITURE
Do not use PSO furniture. Ordered a suite from them and was told to expect 5-7 days delivery. Received a confirmation email and no further correspondence. Over 2 weeks later I tried to contact them regarding delivery, the telephone numbers provided are invalid and no one responded to my many emails. Checked my bank and the money was still pending. Paypal can do nothing to return my funds until they are actually taken from my bank account so all I have to do is wait with no suite and no funds to go elsewhere to purchase another one.
