Unsafe boiler
Very poor service worst customer service experience Left me with faulty boiler for many months refused to fix change or remove it from my home so I could feel safe pointless calling the office the receptionist has a disgusting attitude, unhelpful and will deliberately waste out your minutes when calling from a mobile I think this company is built on preying on local authority tenants as they can't secure real work elsewhere while the local authorities don't care they just want the job done for pennies. What's the point? Are they waiting for someone to die because of purdy contracts limited?
