I am so glad to have attended Leyla's yoga sessions before giving birth - many of the postures we covered were helpful when it came to the big day! The classes are held in a warm, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and are just perfect for tuning in with your unborn baby and other mums-to-be! Thank you Leyla!

Leyla & James Fellows' Pregnancy Yoga Class
This has been an excellent class. Leyla and James are extremely friendly, likeable and knowledgeable in their skill. I look forward to my Thursday night yoga classes greatly, they have a way of melting all tensions of the day away and they leave me feeling very positive, strong and capable of the calm, relaxed and comfortable birth experience I'm hoping for. Thank you both!

Extremely Positive and Informative
We found the HypnoBirthing Course extremely positive and informative and it has given me a huge amount of confidence in my pregnancy. Also enjoyed the breathing and relaxing techniques.

Fantastic yoga classes
Leyla is a fantastic antenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and I won't hesitate to book onto her classes second time around. I can whole-heartedly recommend her - I tried several yoga classes prior to hers and hers were by far the best. She pitches the classes at precisely the right level of difficulty and makes great suggestions for any pregnancy related ailments. Five stars!
