We deliver bespoke, blended and experiential learning programmes in Leadership Development, Team Building and Graduate Development Programmes.

Blended Solutions

Our solutions are not based purely on classroom activities but are a blend of classroom theory and practical/ physical activities that take place both internally and externally, no matter what the weather.

Bespoke

Each programme is designed according to the training needs of our client. We do not simply offer a selection of pre-designed modules to choose from but rather design each module to meet the needs of the client.

Experiential

We use a variety of practical activities, that test the “mental" and to some extent the “physical" limits of the individual.


We also offer a follow up programme, according to the needs of the client. This can be at 3 monthly intervals up to a year from the start of the initial programme.


We offer a written report to each individual delegate, as well as a general written report back to the company.
