Poor communication and customer service
I did purchase goods from them, but funny enough I was able to put them in the shopping cart, when the order reached the warehouse, after paying the bill, they decide to refund me money for items they did not have. No communication about the refund? Did not even ask if I wanted to replace them with something else. Second time around and exactly the same sales supervisor deciding what to do with my money, profit and products. Not reliable, no communication and above all they have a problem with the warehouse and customer service.
