Quality smart come to some repair on my mondeo. Turned up late had no respect for my property what so ever did not do what was agreed,the paint work was left damaged causing over £600 worth of damage they even managed to paint my wheel blue due to not masking the vehicle before painting, I had a second opinion from smart repair companies who all said it requires a bodyshop to repair the damage caused, the bodyshop informed me that it would require 14 hours of paint work to rectify the damage caused by Quality Smart. Debbie blamed the weather for the damage caused then after being shown the quote from the bodyshop she said it was so high due to being a specialist, now claims that I did the damage myself.i do not rate this company one bit the workmanship and quality of work is of poor quality the service is a disgrace. The pictures on the website are nothing like what my car turned out like..Quality smart have no customer service skills what so ever.
