Thieves

watch out for this company.. we went to look at a car for which we were pressurised to leave a deposit. once we got there we found out that the car had been reduced drastically by thousand pounds. when I asked why this was I was told by grant that they reduce all cars every two weeks.. I thought that was odd.. then I noticed broken glass in the car which they had covered by mats.. I asked them about this and wasn't really given proper answer. whilst on test drive we noticed that there were a few faults in car I.e couldn't get out of car on passenger side as door wouldn't open. glass in right side hadn't been replaced properly so was wobbling and squeaking left side window wouldn't wind down at all. we pointed these faults out and were told to leave a deposit and they would sort it.. we wernt sure about car but grant took us into his office quickly pulled out paper work and start putting immense pressure on us to give details and got me to sign a contract. he took two hundred pound deposit. which we hesitantly passed to him. didn't give us any time to think at all. we asked for copy of contract he wouldnt give it to us. I felt very uneasy about the whole situation . Next day I was in a situation where my money was stolen from me which I had for the car and i was hospitalised. My sister rang and asked if we could have deposit back and brin the greedy owner showed no mercy or good will gesture under special circumstances. We told him that we could give them the crime reference number as police were involved to prove that due to domestic violence I was not in position to buy car. his attitude was nope nope you're not getting money back nope.they guy did not care he said that they had to pay mechanic to fix the faults we had pointed out . I told him but these faults shouldn't have been there in first place.. I am shocked and disgusted at the attitude ,lack of sympathy and dishonesty and greed this man has shown I lost two hundred pounds in 18 hours Shame on you brin for the greed that you have inside you.. hopefully one day when you're in a helpless situation I hope that you remember what you did to me.. you won't get far with the money you have stolen from me.. if you have any dignity I would like you to return it to
