Aprilia

Ordered a small part for my Aprilia at the end of July/beginning of August. made several phone calls, always to an individual in "parts" (Nigel) who ALWAY had a negative attitude for some reason or other (frankly that I did not need to know about) after chasing and chasing the part FINALLY arrived in the third week of November...bear in mind this part is available off the shelf for 99 cents in the USA or £1.66p (inc vat) from "Aprilia York"..... JOY, DELIGHT ...I can put my bile back on the road. I travel 45 mins to collect the part, to be told that they want almost TWENTY FIVE POUNDS ...surely this is a joke...apparently NOT. When I decline the part I am met with superb customer service : "what? that's the price (invoice THROWN at me)...well thanks for WASTING MY FUCKING TIME".....hang on a minute QRG, I have waited some ten weeks, made several calls and had to chase you, driven thirty five miles to collect a £1.66p part and I'M wasting YOUR time???. GET REAL and get into the 21st century, who is the customer here and what might I buy in the future??? Ordered the part elsewhere got it the next day...£2,50 delivered. Aprilia/Piaggio WILL be hearing from me.
