Examples are accountancy firms, properties and mortgage agents, solicitors’ offices and security firms etc.

We determine the staffing and marketing needs of these firms, prepare strategies and criteria, and carry out recruitment and advertising services for our clients.

1. Human Resource Services
2. Marketing Services

Description of these services is explained below:

1- Human Resource Services
Under human resource services we perform following tasks for our clients:
1. Determine Staffing needs of the client based on size of the firm.
2. Prepare recruitment criteria for the staff to be hired keeping in mind the nature of job.
3. Advertise jobs on behalf of clients through online and printing media.
4. Conduct interviews of clients and hire staff.
5. Give induction to hired staff about the job and the company they are hired for.
We also advise our client on perks and privileges to be given to hired staff. We continuously attach with the customer to monitor any further development of staff, give advice on hiring or firing of staff etc.

2- Marketing Services
Questall Ltd provides full support and service to advertise the business of its clients. Major marketing services we provide are:
1. To help designing in business logo, theme, business cards, brochures and other advertising material
2. To draw marketing strategy for the client who includes deciding on how much budget to be spent on marketing with break up on online and print media channels budgets.
3. Monitor response and effectiveness of advertisement of different channels and suggest appropriate changes when needed.
We also help our customers on writing content on the website and on different ads for the business of our client.
