We can usually diagnose the problem and give you a quote whilst you wait. If the original price quoted changes, you will be called before any work is carried out. This way you will not get an un-expected bill when you come to collect your Laptop. We operate a strict “no fix†“no fee†service, if we cannot fix it, there’s simply no charge!

My Custom Built PC
November last year i had a custom built pc from Quick I.T. It all started with an email, asking for advice and a few prices. A technician called matt replied right back and literally with in 5 minutes we were in conversation on the phone. Communication is a very important thing to me, after talking about the various different components and the best for my budget I was invited down to the shop to go through some specs matt had put together for me. These guys really make you feel welcome, most computer shops dont really like customers in there work station but i was shown around and spoke with the other engineers, who were really polite and helpful. I chose my spec and then had a long list of cases to choose from. I went with the Corsair Graphite 600T white case. I am very happy with the PC cost me just short of £1000 and in my mind it was money well spent. To this day I still nip in for a cup of tea and a chat. These guys value there customers, i have sent a few friends down there and they all share the same thoughts. I went in last week for another 2TB Harddrive to be fitted and Julian fitted it whilst I waited and checked it all over for me made sure everything was up to date and only charged me for the harddrive. Wouldn't go anywhere else!! Quick I.T Repairs = aaawsome :)
My son, a pain in the backside managed to break his Playstation just befor christmas. As i got him some games for christmas i wanted it fixed like yesterday. I took it into quick it and they where mega busy, ( i know most shops just say they are) but i actually went into the repair room and the sides were full of computers. So that must say something for these guys. Christmas eve and one of the engineers stayed till 8:30PM to get it done for me. I highly recommend them to anyone with a broken console. Thanks to them my son could play his new games on christmas day! Thank you Quick i.t :) you are the greatest!!

These Guys are Fantastic!!
I took my Laptop down to have a new screen fitted, they had the screen instock, fitted it whilst i waited, and it only cost me £90.00. I did alot of ringing round, everywhere else where £90-£95-£120 but none of them had the screen instock. I needed my laptop that day for my work. These guys are life savers! Thanks again guys!
