Not good

Arranged a pick up time & place. Had waited 30mins so decided to call them (they also had taken my number I should add but no one had tried to contact me). The guy on the phone was quite abrupt stating that the taxi was there and had been for 30mins. Turns out the taxi had gone to a different place to where I had arranged to be collected. Also it was a different name on the taxi, I was looking for 'Quick Kabs' the taxi waiting was 'My Kabs', I had seen this taxi drive past me 5mins before (not 30 as was grunted at me on the phone) but thought nothing o it as I was looking for a 'Quick Kabs' car. Anyway, finally located our taxi by asking if he was going to my address to which we got the reply 'Yes. Tick tock, tick tock!' When I booked the taxi I asked for a price and was told it would be £18. When we finally arrived home the meter was stating over £22 to which the driver said 'we'll just call it £20'. Now I would've happily paid that if it wasn't for the rudeness/lies and lack of communication from the taxi driver and the guy on the phone but needless to say after all that I spoke up and said I had been told £18 and that's all I was going to pay (begrudgingly at that too).
