Security Features Our Windows are all fitted with reinforced frames to prevent forced break-ins from even the most persistent attacks. Vertical opening vents are all fitted with shoot-bolt locking for additional security. The same attention to security is applied to all normal opening windows with shoot-bolt locking and mortice lock systems on these windows.

R and M Windows and Conservatories is owned and run by Robert and Mark Page and is a family-orientated firm. Mark operates the sales side of the business, quotations and pricing, while Robert controls all operations, fittings and installations.
Formerly offering a carpentry service in conjunction with the window business, the company is built on solid foundations, where attention to detail is so important. Maybe because of this, R and M today only supply and install the very best PVC-U frames available.
The company has been working to this philosophy and installing in the Bracknell area, under the R and M banner, for over 15 years.

Ignored and Poor
R & M windows just do not communicate with you and are sooo slow. I have had to chase them time and again in everything from coming round for the quote, to making sure the windows and door were ordered from their suppliers (they took a month just to do this) and then to when they would install which was 2 months past the time they initially quoted. I am a patient person but these guys take the Michael and having to push and force a company to do work for you is clearly the wrong way round. In regards to the quality of the products I had two windows installed with a total of 4 panels and I am currently chasing them to have panel number 4 replaced as like the others the glass is damaged/ defective. After being informed a new one would be ordered, never a problem with that, I have waited over 4 weeks and as always not heard a single thing back from them so i am back to chasing them. I know 1 start is harsh as the installers are nice guys but being a customer should not be this hard and the product should be better. 1 or maybe 2 panels out of 4 would be unlucky but 4 panels.....
