Heating System

R Best Plumbing & Heating installed a new heating system in my house (combi boiler and radiators). The first issue I had concerned a major leak in the bathroom. Although the plumber didn't create the leak, he definitely didn't do enough to stop it once uncovered and I had to endur a leaking bathroom all weekend (not fun when there's a kids party going on!). The second issue was the radiator in my daughter's room came off the wall, just over a year after being installed. Luckily it didn't hit her, especially as full of water at the time. The plumber failed to fix his error (even he admitted the fixings should have lasted forever) and I had to incur significant cost getting someone else to carry out the work. I don't understand why two of my radiators were fitted to a lower standard than the rest. Blaming the thinness of walls wasn't acceptable, as the other radiators were fine and the next plumber did a more thorough job, using the correct fixings. So, in light of the above, I don't recommend R Best Plumbing & Heating.
