Wouldn't even give you one star
I ordered a parrot cage and T stand, Cage arrived eventually, T stand never did, no refund and no communication dispite several phone calls and registered letter!!!!!

Fast and efficient service provided!
I ordered three products yesterday this afternoon and they have just arrived, the products are as they were described and delivery was super fast, couldn't ask for more :-)

Ordered clippers and a blade. Clippers came without blade. Phoned and rang several times with no reply. Took a month to get blade that ebay supplied in 2 days when I got sick of waiting. At best they're incompetent, at worst they're willfully negligent.

Unscrpulous, untrustworthy Beware!!
I orderd two items, nothing came, contacted them, one item arrived, phoned, emailed sent registered letter, no communication whatsoever, They still owe me £50 and i will be taking them to court. My advice....steer well clear
