Poor after sales service

We had our boiler replaced by this company as they were Vaillant approved installers (not sure if they still are) and a thermal store put in place. All worked "seemed" ok at the time of completion. Have since discovered that HW and CH wiring in control panel are the wrong way round, the pressure release vessel of the thermal store is touching a pipe above it and its pipe is under tension and there is no lagging on any of the copper pipes. In addition the overflow pipe from the boiler could have been installed in a neater fashion. All these issues are minor fixes so we contacted the company to get them to rectify. Arrangements were made for someone to come and fix these issues no less than 4 times and on each occasion either no one turned up or the person who turned up said they couldn't do the work. Promises for further appointments to rectify were made but by this point confidence has been lost.
