Avoid this company

Very disappointed with R Richards & Son Ltd. They replaced my roof's felt in 2019. The service is quite expensive but Robert promised me 30 years warranty for their work. After the work has been done, my gutter start leaking in many parts. Obviously they damaged it. I repaired the gutter by myself. Then one year later, the concrete around roof valley start fallen off. I called the company first time, Robert said they must use wrong ratio when mixing mortar. It's in their warranty and he will contact me after several weeks. I waited for a month before I called them again. But all their numbers were no answer. I kept calling and left voice message almost a hundred times in the following month. I also sent many emails to them. NO ONE REPLY. Surprisingly when I use another mobile number to call them, my call was immediately picked up. The lady named Dee told me it was her first day to the office and she will pass my message to Robert. Lately both of my mobile numbers are BLOCKED by them.
