Avoid at all cost!
Please, please, please avoid at all cost. They were a nightmare to deal with and we ended up doing most of the work - if it wasn't for my wife dealing directly with Halifax we would probably still be trying to move in. Beware of them giving false information: when it came to confirming which mortgage product we would like, the adviser nearly put us on a higher rate. If I hadn't written down the mortgage options first time, we would have ended up paying thousands more than we should have done. There were also unnecessary delays to the process. Overall, an awful firm to deal with. We only went with them due to an incentive from the house builder. Moving house is a stressful enough time without unprofessional work from firms like this. Avoid at all cost.
