Avoid, poor quality work, guarantee not honoured.
Came to fix a roof leak around Sep 2020. Job was completed so I paid up, however, next time it rained the leak was actually worse. They returned to site 3 times for 30 mins each time and just left without explaining what extra work was carried out. It turns out they have replaced flashing over existing roof tiles which now redirects water into the loft space and made no effort to find the source of the leak. The job came with a 2 year watertight guarantee, they are now not taking my calls. Do not use these guys if you want an honest tradesman. Hundreds of pounds wasted. Will be pursuing a refund through other means. I now also need to pay someone to actually undo the work they carried out.
