I would never ever recommend this company we came an hour drive after ringing up and asking if we could book to see a car. When we got there a young school boy called Nathan told us he had to call his dad who was on holiday to see what he could give us for our car to trade in We had to go home and come back the next day. After reviewing a phone call from Nathan we rang the morning after to pay a deposit so that the car could be reserved,we were told someone was currently looking at the car so we couldn't. They basically ignored a sale and refused our deposit... Then an hour later we had a call saying the car has been sold. Nathan and the team had awful customer service and am quite glad we didn't buy the car off these as we would have had to deal with a terrible team if anything were to go wrong!

Communication.
If you have a strong desire not to purchase a car from these people and not to trade yours in then please do get in touch. Remember to give them as much detail as physically possible as they need all this info in order to blatantly ignore you. Every car dealer I have had dealings with has always hounded me and communication is never the issue. They usually bite your hand off to do business with you. With these numpties they rely on visiting trade so please don't waste your time and call credit ringing them as they don't know how customer service works. If this is the normal way they conduct business I would hate to see how they deal with a customer who has an issue. Overall rating SHOCKING...
