Do not use this draughtsman
Ray York is someone you should certainly stay well clear of. His communication was shocking throughout, giving poor advice and lacking basic understanding of his trade. Argumentative, a poor listener and disorganised, we made a bad mistake using this man. His negligence lead to major delays in our project costing us money we hadn't allowed for on top of the stress he caused us. To top it all off billed us for work 6 months after, stating it was an oversight! I certainly wish we had overlooked this guy.

Incompetent, lack of knowledge and indifference and poor communication skills
We used Mr Ray York to design and submit our planning application to the local council. Unfortunately he let us down due to his incompetence, lack of professional knowledge and his indifference and belligerent communication skills with the local planning department. His ineptitude not only caused us both emotional and practical problems but in additional considerable financial cost which was certainly not anticipated when we appointed Mr York.
