I actually can't praise this Salon enough.. I went in to the salon a very timid, nervous person, and came out so confident! I had a personal problem with my hair (alopecia, thinning etc.) and felt very embarrassed (too embarrassed, even.) to go to a hairdressers for a long time. I was worried they would tell me there was nothing they could do for someone with hair like me, or would be disgusted at my hair.. But Rachel, the salon owner, was so friendly, so kind and really understood me and listened to my individual needs and worries. She created a stylish haircut for me that people keep complimenting me on! And consider my personal worries too. I was comfortable straight away at letting her loose on my hair, as I got that feeling straight away, that she knew what she was doing.
