unfair service at all times

second time i had trouble with radcliff garage in southampton near southampton fc.my mot was fail because driveshaft cover is broken and the mechanic said u must change driveshaft which cost is 160.00 inc.labour but i checking cost of cover and that cost is only between 3.50 to 15.00 pound of full kit repairs.FIRST time i had 1 year ago i was bought by my self all parts to my mitsubishi shogun i mean full of set belts for my motor v6 3.0l wchih is cost 115,water pump up to 50.00 pound plus i asking for change oil in my engines and then was finished they said that my cost is 245.00 pounds and my question is wy?my engines when i collect my mitsubishi i saw that my engines works very noisy i stop my car and i check my oil in i been fully shock because they give me my car without oil engines
