The Radical Steps Co-Active Coach and client work together to build a powerful relationship within which the fulfillment, balance, and process of the clients being are explored, generating action to make real change, learning to generate new resourcefulness, expanded possibilities, and stronger muscles for change Personal Coaching A Co-Active coaching programme will be built according to your requirements. After an initial discovery session lasting approximately 90 minutes, 40 minute coaching sessions at least twice a month will empower you to move your life forward in a direction that honours your values and is truly fulfilling.
