The Company will provide services in the following manner:
Initially we will liaise with the customer to determine what they want from their business and what they would like us to help them with.
We will then prepare a contract with the customer, after which we will assess their business operations and management to check for inaccuracies and inefficiencies.
We will put the above to the management in the shape of a written report, which we will explain verbally if required.
We will then draft recommendations and solutions and provide reasoning for these recommendations.
Once we have received the go ahead from management, we will then look to incorporate these solutions within the customer business.
We will be contactable and available at every stage of the process to support the customer and clarify any issues that arise.
To be able to do the above successfully, we may need to provide training to staff and we will manage the project and related staff until completion.
Our main aim will be to make sure that the customers businesses are managed in a way that follows guidelines set by the appropriate governing bodies.
Our services will be provided in many of the matters within the realms of business.
