Overcharge
The driver took me go around the city but my destination, and keep talking even though I am really fed up, and his one hand always put on his thing, make me disgusting. After arrive the destination he overcharge me even though I told him he went to the wrong way, and this should not be the right price. He pretend call the company and ask the price, and gave me his price. The customer service are also disappointing, I made my first complain, wait for few days no response, after I ring them they told me there no record. I complain again, then few hours they inform me they need give me a call 5 days later, because they only response customers from Monday to Wednesday. Very disappointing, not recommend at all. BTW, It cost 18 pound from Crownhill to Cranfield University.
