Rainbow Room International, Hairdressers (Unisex) In Glasgow

Upon arrival at the Rainbow Room Salon, I was greeted by a surly, snappy receptionist. After demanding (not asking) my name, she told me that I was double-booked. The stylist I had booked in with said that I could wait as she had a free space coming up shortly. However, the receptionist clearly wasn't pleased with customer satisfaction and barked that I would have to book another appointment another day, despite my travelling from Irvine. Overall,a bad experience of what should have been a pleasant day ruined by a rude receptionist.
