In responce to Robin H.

I have tried this course and found it to be fantastic! Sadly due to work constraints I am not able to attend as much as i would like. I am guessing that 'Robin H' has not attended this class, or he would agree that having 20 strikes to use is a large advantage in a self defence situation, why limit yourself in the amount of strikes you can use if someone is attacking you? I have a third dan grade in Karate and attended this class, as i have done to many martial arts classes in Eastbourne, simply out of curiosity to see what was being taught. Unlike the other classes I have attended, i was amazed at the techniques being taught. Being experienced in martial arts techniques, i knew a lot of the techniques being taught, but some were beyond anything i had ever seen. I did find the relaxed atmosphere a bit strange as i have always had a very strict discipline regime in my karate training, but the relaxed approach works fantastically well with adults. This system far surpasses any other class i have viewed in eastbourne. Another strange fact 'Robin H' appears to have missed, is the fact this instructor teaches 'Self Defence' seminars for instructors of other martial arts clubs. Surely there has to be something good here or 'Rapid Self Defence Systems' would not be asked to teach seminars for other peoples martial arts clubs, wouldn't you agree? Perhaps 'Robin H' should attend the class and see for himself? Or maybe he is just another instructor who is a bit upset that this system is.... Willing to teach the techniques other clubs reserve for their black belt grades now, rather than make you wait several years of training before you are shown them? Not charge you annual membership fees. Not ask you to sign up for direct debit payments. Not make you buy expensive uniforms. Not have you pay for coloured belts. Come on ‘Robin H', are you a instructor who doesnt offer all the above?
