Appalling Customer Service
Ordered garden furniture (Florida corner unit and 2 chairs) 22 May (payment taken 23rd May) with promise it would arrive week beginning June 11 (it didn't). Rattan Direct informed this was a surprise present and all contact to be through me. This was ruined when the delivery date passed and Rattan Direct contacted recipients directly to say 'couch' would arrive on 29 June (it didn't) and armchairs would be 2 weeks later (they weren't). Final items arrived by surprise on 20 July! (After this confirmed delivery date was cancelled by Rattan Direct and we were told it would be 23 July). Dismal and non-existent communication, appalling service, high delivery costs....Would never recommend or use again.

Poor Customer Service
