Raymond Good (Joiners) Ltd has been a provider of high quality, specialist joinery solutions since 1962.

Our family run business is based in spacious workshops close to High Wycombe. We are proud to manufacture beautifully crafted bespoke staircases, external doors and casement or sliding sash windows. We offer an extensive range of products for the new build, trade and domestic markets.

Through our bespoke joinery service we design and craft unique ‘one-off' creations, from custom made bedframes to handcrafted kitchens.

Whether we are designing and manufacturing a modern glass and wood staircase as the centre of focus for a new build or making a timber-framed window for a domestic client, we apply the same quality-controlled craftsmanship and long-established methods.

Our highly experienced master joiners apply years of experience, knowledge and skills to every detail of the job, from the initial design through to handcrafting and fitting.

Bespoke Joinery

Raymond Good (Joiners) Ltd offers a bespoke joinery service, for those occasions when standard joinery is not suitable to your requirements.

We invest time and care into each piece, to guarantee our customers the highest possible level of quality, detail and finish.

Our master joiners love to work with the warmth, natural sheen and durability of wood. They, and the clients who commission the work, gain great satisfaction from knowing that these beautiful ‘one-off' pieces will last for generations to come.

Our work to date includes church pews, tables, gates, beds, cabinets, kitchens, panelling, mouldings and so much more.

There are so many different styles to choose from and we are here to help you to look at every option. A visit to our workshop allows you access to a wide range of samples in our showroom where you can compare designs, materials and finishes.

We fully comply with the latest building regulations. We prepare stair drawings to fit exact dimensions with 3D computerized models so that you can see exactly what your staircase would look like with your chosen materials, configuration and design.

Our specialist technical background, manufacturing different types of staircases and fitting them in many different spaces, means that we can offer you the best possible advice.

For over 50 years, Raymond Good (Joiners) Ltd has been providing high quality, bespoke joinery solutions throughout Buckinghamshire and beyond.

Raymond Good (Joiners) Ltd has been awarded membership of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, in recognition of the company's customer service and the high quality of its work.

The company is owned and managed by two brothers, Jim and Will Hunt. Jim has over 25 years experience at the company, and is a Master Joiner. Will originally trained as a toolmaker and has worked in the business for over 15 years. Together, they manage our very experienced team. Staff loyalty and morale is high with the majority of our staff having worked for us for ten years or more.

Jim and Will work together to continually ‘raise the benchmark', ensuring that our high standards of quality control and customer care are maintained. Their dedication and passion is obvious to everybody who meets and works with them.

Some of the work we undertake is on listed buildings or in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We ensure all our designs meet strict local authority regulations and guidelines and that our solutions are sympathetic with the age, style and beauty of the property and its surroundings.

Works in the past 12 years have taken us to several properties on Sir Edward Dashwood's beautiful National Trust Estate in West Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
