I will never return to this salon. I asked for a trim with layers. The hairdress chopped around six inchs off my hair. My hair is above my shoulders now. It has never been this short. I never gave her permission to cut it this short. When she was cutting my hair i noticed how much she was taken off and told her thats to short. She reassured me that i had plenty of hair on the back. She lied..my hair isnt even on the sides. This salon is a joke. They cut your hair the way they want.. poor customer service and no talent. I would advise everyone to pay that little bit extra and go some where else.......bunch of cowgirls lol
