Kickboxing schools
I started Kickboxing in 2003 and Im a 3rd Degree Black belt with P.U.M.A Kickboxing. I have been teaching since 2008; giving me the opportunity to pass on my wealth of knowledge and advice to those who wish to do Kickboxing as a Martial Art.
All who wish to learn something new are welcome, for either improving fitness, developing new skills and potentially grading to Black Belt.
We also do semi contact sparring in class and there is an opportunity to do national P.U.M.A competitions.
Please come along and trial two lessons for free¦.
Tuesdays: Whiteley Community Centre - 8-9pm 12 years and up
Wednesdays Oasis Academy Southampton 8-9pm 12 years and up
