Transportation of Goods

My experience using Reading Frieght Services was terrible and not planing to use them again. For starters they are more concerned with the money they can collect from you than the delivery time, also there customer service is tribble and very uncaring and thridly there time keeping for delivery needs a lot to be desired. To explain I purchased some from a store but was suppose to be delivered by RFS which were suppose to call and aggrange a time for delivery on Monday but by Wednesday I call the store and told them I had not received the goods sent so they phone RFS. RFS told them that they had delivered the goods but nobody was around but unknown to them this couldnt be true since the store had called them earlier and was told the goods where in the warehouse. Then they said that they will deliver the next dy by 2pm but after calling by 1pm they said it will be 3pm no more 2pm but by 4pm they said before 5pm all this time im trying to get someone to stay in my place as im at work. I latter called them to tell them to return it back and they said since they could deliver i will have to pay the transportation cost for goods they were suppose to deliver but i had not seen. Im advice to anyone do not use them usless you like stress and talking to brick walls
