Just choose your firegrate from our wide selection of grates and we send along with it the matching Real Flame gas log or coal fire to fit inside. Fitting is easy by a local “Gas Safe" installer and full instructions are supplied. This can be to anywhere in the world.

Convert your own firegrate to a Real Flame fire.

If you have a firegrate of your own which you want to convert for use with a Real Flame gas fire no problem! Just send us a cardboard cut-out (template) of the inside base of the firegrate. We can advise on it's completion so that we can custom-make a Real Flame gas fire to fit your firegrate. The fires can have manual or remote controls.

Chimney sweeping testing.

If your chimney has been out of action it may need sweeping and testing prior to the installation of a fire. We arrange for our experienced chimney sweep to sweep test and certify your chimney prior to any fire installation being undertaken thus avoiding disappointment later.

Free estimates for supply and installation of fires and fireplace.

Within most London postcodes one of our “Gas Safe" registered experienced installers will visit free of charge in order to advise on an installation which you may or may not have as yet chosen. We will then provide an estimate for you to consider before commitment. There will be a charge for this service beyond some London postcodes.

Installation of fires firegrates mantels and hearths.

Our “Gas Safe" registered experienced installers will completely install your chosen goods and register the installation with “Gas Safe" the governing body.

Bespoke installations

A great deal of our work is designing bespoke firegrates and fireplaces including Minimalist and Hole in the Wall as well as the traditional style to suit individual requirements.

Fans and Flue Systems

We undertake the installation of flue linings cowls and fan systems designed for your particular application whether it's a domestic home hotel club or major building.

Servicing and maintenance

Having a fire serviced can completely rejuvenate it. Perhaps some new coals or our new very realistic logs cones and Real Flame glowing embers will make it look like new again. Our “Gas Safe" registered engineers will service your gas fire or if it has failed to light in 80% of the cases make the fire work again. Failing that we will provide a free estimate to replace the faulty parts or fire.

Gas Safety Certificates

For our landlord clients we can arrange gas safety certificates for all the gas appliances in a property at one time not just for the gas fire.

Major installations

Over many years we have undertaken major fireplace installations in all sorts of buildings including some of the most important buildings in the country. We consult with builders designers and architects to produce wonderful fireplaces in almost any situation. This is now possible in many cases even if there is no chimney available.
